Guarantee: We guarantee that at the time of delivery, the puppy will be of good health. The purchaser has 72 hours from the time of receipt of the puppy to have him/her examined by a licensed veterinarian. Any request to return the puppy for full refund, minus the deposit which is non-refundable and any shipping or delivery costs, must be made within this time period and only be requested should the puppy prove to have a genetic defect and must have a letter from an examining licensed veterinarian. This guarantee will be terminated immediately if the puppy is not examined within 72 hour period specified. Deposit and Payment: Deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to first pick out of any litter. First deposit gets first pick of the remaining litter; second deposit gets second pick and so on. Checks, money orders and paypal welcome for deposits. Final payment is only accepted in money order, certified cheque, western union or direct deposit. Puppy must be paid in full by the age of 6 weeks. Shipping: When shipping is required, it is at the purchaser’s expense. All puppies will have first shots,dewormed, and will be accompanied by a licensed veterinary health certificate if being shipped by air. Shipping fees include: airfare, shipping crate, health certificate, and travel to the airport. If a puppy must be returned all shipping and transportation costs are at the expense of the purchaser. Life Long Care of Puppy: If the purchaser can no longer keep the puppy or dog for any reason, purchaser agrees to return the puppy or dog to the breeder without refund. If we discover that your pup is/was or going to be used in any and I mean any illegal manner, the pup/dog will be confiscated and returned to us. All costs incurred are at the owners expense. Under no circumstances shall the breeder be liable to the purchaser or to any third party for any consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from the puppy. Upon receipt of puppy all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy. Your puppy has been selectively bred for excellent quality, health, soundness, intelligence and good temperament. Your puppy has been on a vaccination and deworming schedule. Please take the shot record we provide you to your veterinarian. It is very important to continue the vaccinations and deworming schedule for your puppy and don’t forget annual boosters. The puppy will need follow-up vaccination, deworming, flea control, rabies vaccination and heart worm prevention as recommended by your vet. THIS CONTRACT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND MUST BE SIGNED, DATED AND RETURNED VIA FAX OR MAIL BEFORE PUPPY/DOG WILL BE RELEASED FROM OUR CARE.
